Returns Policy
Ageless Serums authentically ensure the purity and quality of our product line. Customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, defective product or product damaged in shipment. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Ageless Serums has a 30 day right to return policy from the date of purchase. Products that have expired are not eligible for refund or replacement. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.
Please include the following with your return:
- Reason for return
- Customer Number
- Name
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
- Phone Number
Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to an order of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
If you prefer a credit card refund please provide Credit Card number, expiration date and security code or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information
If you are requesting a refund check, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing and mailing of the check.
